However, they are also tired of having every waking moment consumed with thoughts of food
Weight loss might be the initial goal for emotional eaters but what they really want is Freedom
Freedom from food and to feel normal around food
They want more than anything to turn off the obsessive thinking and hating on themselves for every mouthful they eat

Stepping Beyond Emotional Eating is (virtual)group coaching programme that allows you to discover for yourself the reasons for your own emotional eating so that they can be resolved and released. In place of fear and frustration, I will work with you to find new and creative ways of taking care of yourself that do not rely on you swallowing down your emotions with your food
Clinical Hypnosis, PSTEC, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can provide the missing piece in your weight loss struggle, fueling your motivation and determination to keep you moving in the direction of your goals, and help you escape the many food traps that can cause weight gain.
I believe that then, and only then, will you allow yourself Freedom from food and stay that way happily and safely forever. In this programme you will discover how to target your body by changing your mind.

- Has a history of dieting only to regain the lost weight
- Feels out of control around food, and overeats or binges, especially in the afternoon or evenings
- Grazes or eats when not hungry
- Feels compelled to eat comfort foods
- Feels successful in other areas in her life, but not around food
- Thinks about food often, anticipating the next eating occasion
- Has food as their primary source of pleasure and fun
- Finds food to be comforting, soothing, and a reliable way to calm or relax when feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or other unpleasant emotions
- Feels sad, ashamed, and guilty about her weight
- Is tired of living her life struggling against food and her body
