Along with negative emotions come limiting beliefs about ourselves that do not serve us well, such as, “I’m not good enough…”, “I don’t deserve….”, “I’m too fat”, “I’m a loser”, I’m not good enough”, and so on.

How are the sessions conducted?
Location depending, I coach my clients to success either face to face or online. In fact, most of my coaching work is online via Zoom. Some have asked if coaching is as effective online or virtually or by phone as opposed to in person.
The answer is… YES!. At the hands of a qualified coach, coaching is just as effective when using video conferencing software (such as Zoom) or the phone. The best bit of working like this is that because you are in your own home or office, or wherever you feel safe, you will be even more relaxed and comfortable, meaning that our sessions will work faster and more effectively than anything you may have tried before
Am I awake?
Yes. Rapid Transformational Therapy / Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and dropped in to a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge
Do you do regression?
Taking you back to the Root Cause of your issue is an essential component of RTT. Through hypnosis, you observe experiences of your past and draw a new understanding. Understanding in hypnosis is the most liberating, transformational power
How long does it take?
An RTT session lasts between 90 – 120 minutes. It is for that reason that every session is booked as 2 hours. Your investment is for 1 session utilising a combination of RTT/Life Coaching/NLP/EFT & Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques.
After our session together, you will receive your own personalised recording to reinforce and support you in your transformation from the session. It is vital that you commit to listening to this recording at least once a day for 21 days. This recording is unique to you. It contains the precise elements revealed from your RTT session. By using repetition, the new, positive and empowering instructions are used to re-program your sub-conscious mind.
How many sessions will I need?
RTT and hypnosis provide direct access to the reasons you feel how you feel. We are not wasting time talking about what you conscious mind thinks may be the cause. You subconscious minds already holds the answers.
Through the answers, you gain a new understanding, from a place of non-judgement. This allows you mind to let go for good. Then we are able to reprogram and upgrade your mind with the beliefs that empower you.
The number of sessions will vary based on your personal requirements. Unfortunately I cannot promise your specifc issues will be resolved in a single session however that is something we can establish after a chat! Some issues can take more than one session
How will I feel after the session?
Everyone is different. You may feel extremely happy and excited, relieved and free. You may find yourself very tired and sleep. It is possible to find yourself in a reflective mood.
It’s not uncommon to remember more and have additional insights that apply to the issue you worked on.
Is it all confidential?
NB- A therapist displaying an RTT logo on their website will have received personal tuition from Marisa Peer as she is the only person that teaches her innovative approach and is endorsed by the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, the International Institute of Complementary Therapies and many other International bodies
