The Absolute Confidence Workshop is an empowering introduction to a new life of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-respect, achievements and happiness!
The purpose of this workshop is to empower you and to show you that YOU have the ability to harness your own power and inner strength. Improve your image, from the inside!

It all begins in Childhood
No-one is born lacking confidence or self-esteem, no baby wonders if they look, or are, ‘good enough’. Low confidence or self-esteem for most people is developed as a result of negative childhood messages and experiences throughout our early years. We absorb messages from influential adults around us, telling us that we are not clever enough, not pretty enough, not strong enough, not cool enough… just ‘not good enough’.
As time goes on we learn to doubt and even dislike ourselves and so develop the belief that no-one else could accept us for who we really are. We learn to act how we think others would like us to, hiding behind a facade whilst feeling fake and insecure. Or we just hide away altogether to avoid exposing what we believe are our weaknesses, avoiding interaction with others as much as possible. Either way, feeling bad inside and never really feeling happy, or at peace with ourselves.

By taking control of your thoughts, developing an attitude of gratitude, and focusing on what you want, rather than what you don’t want, you can create inner peace and happiness.
By choosing positive thoughts, affirmations, and mental imagery, you can create a strong sense of confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.
Throughout my coaching career, I have heard the same messages time and again from women who feel that part of them has become hidden or got lost along the way.
