- 30 Min EXPRESS WORKOUTS - Get your butt kicked in 30 minutes! Choose any sessions from our Group Training timetable - the more you can do the better! NB - If you can't commit to a minimum 4 sessions a week it's not for you. You do also need to book your sessions in advance, you cannot just turn up! See here for the timetable

- Before & After Measurements and Photos -This is your checks and balance system. Not only will we get before and after pics and measurements, but I'll be doing mid point weigh-ins to make sure you're getting RESULTS
